Sales Manager – Real Estate Brokerage

Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate Brokerage
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our real estate brokerage team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a solid track record in UAE real estate, and proven experience closing off-plan deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Support agents in closing off-plan and secondary market deals.
• Maintain strong and consistent follow-up with the Marketing Manager to ensure quality lead flow and campaign alignment.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure productivity.
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and major transactions when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers and clients.
• Ensure the team follows company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
• Prepare sales reports and present updates to management.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai real estate.
• Proven off-plan deal closing experience for at least 2–4 years.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai property market, developers, and sales trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills, especially with marketing teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
