Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant department (Business, Economics, Real Estate, etc.),
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales within the real estate or construction sector,
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or mixed-use project sales,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve individual sales targets,
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools,
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken),
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end sales processes for assigned real estate projects,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors,
• Conduct property presentations and site visits,
• Represent the company in a professional manner during client meetings,
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management,
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities,
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
