Amazon Real Estate is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team specializing in off-plan and secondary sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Real Estate Sales Manager experience in Dubai (off-plan & secondary market).
  • RERA Certified – mandatory.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and monitor performance.
  • Develop and execute effective off-plan and secondary sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.).
  • Stay updated on new project launches, pricing, and market trends.
  • Drive lead management, conversion optimization, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal company standards.
