Sales Manager – Real Estate (Lahore)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in Lahore’s real estate market and a solid dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and grow a network of real estate dealers and agents.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Conduct regular dealer meetings, training sessions, and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure consistent sales flow.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for strategy building.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Report directly to management with progress updates and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of proven sales experience in Lahore’s real estate sector.
  • Must have an existing pool of active real estate dealers and agents.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets through dealer networks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
