Position Summary

  • Seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales division.
  • Responsible for team performance, sales strategy, and market expansion across both Off-Plan and Secondary portfolios.
  • Ideal for a results-driven leader who can recruit, train, and inspire agents to achieve top performance.

Remuneration Structure (Performance-Based)

  • 10% Commission Override on total company commission generated by your team.

Key Leadership Responsibilities

  • Strategic Management.
  • Set and track individual and team sales targets.
  • Oversee performance analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Team Development & Coaching.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor agents.
  • Build expertise in Off-Plan and Secondary sales, client management, and negotiation.
  • Performance Oversight.
  • Conduct regular reviews and implement improvement plans.
  • Manage agent pipelines to optimize conversion and revenue.
  • Market Knowledge.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and developer offers.
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with market shifts.

Compliance & Professionalism:

  • Ensure all operations adhere to RERA standards and company ethics.
  • Promote integrity, accountability, and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Minimum AED 50 million in verified total sales transaction value.
  • Proven ability to close deals in both Off-Plan and Secondary markets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English (multi-lingual skills preferred).
