Sales Manager ( Real Estate- Off Plan)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

✅ Develop and implement effective sales strategies, especially for off-plan properties.

✅ Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients to maximize business opportunities.

✅ Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing training and support where needed.

✅ Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

✅ Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in off-plan sales.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE property market and developer portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a proactive sales approach.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
