Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager / Recruiting Loan Officer to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role is designed for a seasoned Loan Officer who wants the stability of a base salary while continuing to originate loans and play a key leadership role in expanding our team.

The ideal candidate will focus on recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new Loan Officers, helping them ramp up production while also maintaining their own personal origination pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and attract new Loan Officers to the organization
• Assist with training and mentoring new hires
• Support newly recruited Loan Officers to help them become productive quickly
• Maintain personal loan origination production
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the mortgage community
• Work closely with leadership to grow and strengthen the sales team

Compensation Structure:
This role offers a three-part compensation model designed to reward both personal production and team growth:

• Personal Origination Income: Full commission on loans you originate
• Base Salary: $40,000 annually for recruiting and management responsibilities
• Recruiting Override: 20 BPS on the production of Loan Officers you recruit
• Override applies to recruited Loan Officers for two years post onboarding.
