Job Title: Sales Manager – Residential Apartments (Female candidates only)

Reports to: VP – Sales & Marketing
Location: Guindy, Chennai
Experience Required: 5–10 years (Real Estate – Residential Sales)
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred

Job Purpose:

We are looking for female professionals with proven expertise in residential apartment sales to join our sales team. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales conversions, and achieving sales targets, while delivering excellent customer experience. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with proven experience in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of residential apartments and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle Leads, Site vist customers, present project details effectively and follow-up with prospective customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to ensure conversion.
  • Ensure smooth handholding of the customer from inquiry to booking to possession.

3. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to management on pricing, offers, and marketing strategies.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with Presales, CRM, and project teams for seamless customer service.
  • Maintain accurate MIS of leads, prospects, and sales pipeline.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Pleasant personality with customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in residential apartment sales (high-rise / gated communities / luxury projects).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Candidates with prior residentail real estate sales background will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
