About the Role:
The Sales Manager drives revenue growth by building and maintaining strategic relationships across modern retail, wholesale, and HORECA channels. You’ll adapt commercial guidelines, develop tailored sales plans, and lead promotional campaigns that align with our broader commercial strategy. Reporting to the Head of Sales-KSA you’ll translate market insights into actionable initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain productive, long-term relationships with key customers in retail, wholesale, and HORECA.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the KSA fruit and vegetable market, staying ahead of category and competitor trends.
- Adapt and optimize country commercial guidelines to meet specific client needs and market dynamics.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer requirements and shape value-added solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, assortment, and planogram placements to maximize shelf impact and margin.
- Create and execute annual sales plans and campaigns; prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against targets, adjusting tactics to ensure plan achievement.
- Lead market-aligned strategies that support both short-term goals and long-term commercial objectives

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Food Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in fresh produce, FMCG, or Agri-tech within the Saudi markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in modern retail, wholesale, and HORECA segments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with KSA commercial regulations, import procedures, and category management best practices.
