Sales Manager- Russian Speaker

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for rooms, events, and other hotel services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking, and client visits.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the revenue and marketing teams to align sales strategies with pricing, promotions, and market trends.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the hotel.
  • Coordinate with operations, catering, and front office teams to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
