1. Sales Manager:


  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and Supervise the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff; set targets and monitor performance to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Expand Product Lines and Improve Sales Operations: Identify new product opportunities, support product development, enhance sales catalogs, and streamline sales processes for operational efficiency.
  • Drive Revenue and Achieve Sales Targets: Set and monitor monthly/quarterly sales goals, track team performance, and take corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Manage CRM Systems Effectively: Ensure accurate use of CRM tools to manage leads, monitor pipelines, and generate performance reports for informed decision-making.
  • Strengthen Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with Internal Departments: Work closely with marketing, finance, logistics, and technical teams to align sales efforts with overall business operations.


2. Sales Team Leader:


  • Lead and Motivate the Sales Team : Supervise day-to-day sales activities, assign targets, and coach team members to improve performance.
  • Achieve Sales Targets : Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Provide Technical Sales Solutions : Support the team in understanding customer requirements and offering the right technical solutions.
  • Monitor and Report Performance : Track sales performance using CRM tools and generate regular reports for management review.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Manage key accounts, resolve escalations, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments : Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer support.
