Sales Manager – School & College Partnerships

About Us:
We’re an experiential marketing agency working with top brands like Royal Enfield, Croma, JBL, Fastrack, and many more — creating on-ground brand experiences that connect with young audiences.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who has strong connects with schools and colleges across India. Your primary goal will be to build partnerships and help execute brand activations within educational campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard schools/colleges for brand activations and events.
  • Leverage existing relationships to pitch campaigns and secure tie-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of activations.
  • Manage end-to-end partnerships — from initial pitch to post-event closure.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure client satisfaction.

Skills required:

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or event partnerships (preferably with campus networks).
  • Strong network within educational institutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about brand experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
