Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our sales operations in the logistics industry. The role involves driving new business growth, managing key client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets across import/export logistics (air, sea, and land freight)

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute effective sales strategies for logistics services

* Identify, approach, and acquire new clients including importers, exporters, traders, and manufacturers

* Lead, manage, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

* Handle key accounts and close high-value business deals

* Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to ensure competitive quotations and smooth service delivery

* Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and ensure achievement of revenue goals

* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales/business development (logistics or freight forwarding preferred)

* Strong understanding of import/export and supply chain operations

* Leadership and team management skills

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Monthly revenue and gross profit targets

* Number of new clients acquired

* Sales team performance and target achievement

* Conversion rate from leads to closed deals

* Client retention and repeat business

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
