SALES MANAGER (SECONDARY)

Position Summary:

The Sales Manager (Secondary) would lead the secondary team at NIP in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of property consultants and ensuring the success of the secondary property sales initiatives are well achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

· Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Secondary Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize secondary property sales.

· Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and delight throughout the sales process.

· Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.

· Training and Development: Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge whilst coaching and mentoring them as required.

· Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.

· Target Achievement: Monitor team performance and review KPIs followed by corrective actions to ensure targets are met or adhered to and even exceed expectation.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

Pre-requisites:

· Proven experience in real estate sales (Secondary)with a minimum of 8-10 years, of which 3 years in a leadership role ideally.

· Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, the secondary property sales and its dynamics.
· Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.

· Good team management and interpersonal abilities.

· Results-driven with an excellent track record and commercially astute.

· Must be a go-getter, dynamic with a passion for sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
