Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Smart Home and Home Automation systems. The successful candidate will drive project-based sales of smart home solutions across residential and commercial projects in the UAE. This role requires a strong network within the real estate and construction sectors and the ability to deliver end-to-end smart home solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for smart home systems, including lighting, AV, HVAC, security, shading, and integration solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities through developers, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client presentations, technical discussions, proposal submissions, contract negotiations, and project closure.
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to deliver customized smart home solutions.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging smart home technologies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10–15 years of project sales experience in Smart Home / Home Automation systems within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of smart home platforms such as KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, and other leading technologies.
• Established network with real estate developers, consultants, and contractors in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License (own car preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
