Sales Manager – Swimming Pools & Water Features (Kuwait)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a reputable Swimming Pools and Water Feature Design & Contracting Company in Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and government projects
• Manage client relationships from inquiry to contract closure
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within swimming pools, water features or construction contracting
• Strong network in the Kuwait market (consultants, contractors, developers)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Valid driving license
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
