Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans for the knit uniform product category.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy.

Client Acquisition & Account Management

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with distributors, corporate clients, and uniform program buyers.
  • Maintain and grow key accounts through consistent communication, product knowledge, and exceptional service.
  • Present fabric options, product samples, and customized uniform solutions to clients.

Product Expertise & Collaboration

  • Maintain expert knowledge of knit fabrics, performance attributes (stretch, moisture-wicking, durability), and garment construction.
  • Work closely with product development and manufacturing teams to create client-focused knit uniform solutions.
  • Provide market-driven insights on style trends, fit, and functionality for knit uniforms.

Operations & Reporting

  • Track sales performance, forecast demand, and manage pricing strategies.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, order follow-through, and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client presentations.

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in B2B apparel sales, preferably uniforms or knitwear.
  • Strong understanding of textile properties, especially knit fabrics.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and account development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with corporate uniform programs or distributors.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, production timelines, and garment customization.
  • Data-driven approach to sales strategy and forecasting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
