As the Sales Manager – Used Cars, you will oversee the full commercial operations of our Used Car business.
You will lead a team of employees, define sales strategy, optimize inventory rotation, and ensure an exceptional customer journey.
What you'll do

Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team; monitor KPIs, set monthly/annual targets, and ensure CRM discipline with 100% data accuracy.

Set competitive pricing based on market analysis; manage Days‑to‑Turn; oversee trade‑ins and sourcing from Rent, Lease & Limo divisions.

Work closely with Aftersales and the Expeditor to ensure vehicles are reconditioned and ready within 72 hours.

Ensure high‑quality listings, photos, and online visibility on key digital platforms; launch seasonal campaigns to boost footfall and sales.

Enhance customer satisfaction, manage escalations, and protect the long‑term reputation of Gulf Car.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years automotive sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Excellent command of CRM tools and sales systems

Deep understanding of the used‑car market and pricing dynamics

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
