About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to drive growth for our
warehouse operations
by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing capacity utilization, and building long-term client partnerships.
This role works closely with
Operations, Finance, and Customer Service
to ensure commercial decisions deliver both profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new warehouse clients aligned with operational capacity and service capabilities.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue and occupancy targets.

Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

Conduct client visits and present the company’s warehouse and logistics value proposition.

Track warehouse capacity and proactively sell available space.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract handover.

Develop pricing models in coordination with Finance and Operations.

Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and prepare regular performance reports.

Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Conduct quarterly business reviews and build long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
.

5–7 years of
sales experience
in warehouse, 3PL, or logistics operations within the UAE.

Proven ability to
achieve and exceed sales targets
.

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing abilities.

Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
; CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.

Valid
UAE Driving Licence
required.
