Senior Sales Manager – HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems)

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic sales for our cutting-edge HRMS

solutions. In this role, you’ll drive enterprise-level SaaS deals, targeting HR departments and

organizational leaders to solve workforce management challenges with modern technology.

Key Responsibilities:

 Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

 Identify and engage HR leaders, CHROs, and PeopleOps teams at enterprise

organizations.

 Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.

 Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.

 Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:

 3-6 years in B2B SaaS sales, with 1+ years in HR tech / HRMS sales.

 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Proven ability to sell to enterprise clients with long sales cycles.
