An Insurance Sales Manager leads, motivates, and trains a team of agents to achieve sales targets by developing strategic, high-performing sales plans. They are responsible for recruiting, mentoring staff, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations to drive company growth. Key skills include leadership, strong communication, and insurance product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating sales agents to meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Creating, implementing, and monitoring sales strategies, campaigns, and marketing plans to increase policy sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Reviewing sales metrics, analyzing data, and preparing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relations: Handling escalated customer complaints, fostering relationships, and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Compliance & Operations: Ensuring all sales activities comply with legal standards, company policies, and regulations.
  • Market Analysis: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends to adjust sales tactics.

EDUCATION : MUST BE BACHELORS DEGREE
