Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Saudi & UAE market, with a strong focus on Digital Marketing & ECommerce services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and closing high-value B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in Saudi Arabia & UAE.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships
  • Conduct client meetings, requirement discovery sessions, and solution presentations
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and contracts in coordination with technical teams
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while meeting revenue targets
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and upsell business
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in English communication.
