Key Accounts Executive (Online Marketplaces)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace accounts. The role involves end-to-end handling of orders, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple e-commerce platforms

Responsibilities

Manage and operate online marketplace accounts efficiently.

1. Handle Daraz account orders:

3.Handle LAAM account orders:

  • Order processing, confirmation, and tracking
  • Coordination with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch
  • Manage orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment receipt to delivery.
  • Order verification
  • Customer coordination
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer care teams to resolve order-related issues.
  • Monitor order status, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
  • Ensure compliance with each platform’s policies.
  • Maintain daily order reports and share updates with management.
  • Support sales growth by ensuring smooth customer experience across all platforms.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Experience in handling e-commerce / online marketplace accounts.Hands-on knowledge of Daraz,
  • Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple platforms and high order volumes.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
