Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing with 1+ year of experience to help expand our brand presence and client base across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales acumen, marketing creativity, and excellent communication skills to promote Violetis®’s innovative recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and potential leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• Generate qualified leads, conduct product demos, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Create and present sales pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Manage CRM tools to track sales pipelines and campaign performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and sales techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the HR tech, SaaS, or AI-based product industries.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
• Knowledge of content marketing, social media campaigns, and email automation.
• Global or B2B marketing exposure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
