What’s the Job?

We’re looking for a confident, organized, and outgoing Sales & Marketing Agent to represent our brand in person to Dubai’s top hospitality venues.

Think of yourself as the friendly face that opens doors — meeting restaurant and hotel managers, introducing our services, and setting up meetings for our directors to close the deal.

Your day is simple:

Morning: Come to our office for 2–3 hours to plan and follow up

Afternoon (or sometimes morning): Go out and visit restaurants, hotels, beach clubs, etc.

Your mission: Get us a meeting with the decision-makers (F&B Directors, GMs, Event Managers)

You don’t need to sell the whole package just open the door and book the appointment. We’ll take it from there.

What You’ll Do

Visit 5–10 targeted venues daily (list provided and reviewed with the team)

Build new relationships and reconnect with past clients

Introduce Kattegat.app and present our services

Set up meetings with our company directors and creative team

Coordinate with our team to prepare flyers, decks, and videos for prospects

Keep track of who you spoke to and follow up regularly

Requirements

Female candidate (preferred)

Based in Dubai and ready to start immediately

Valid UAE driving license (own car is a plus — or we’ll provide one)

Fluent in English, confident in face-to-face conversation

Friendly, professional, well-presented, and self-motivated

Comfortable talking to strangers and walking into venues

Experience in hospitality, events, or sales is a big plus

Salary & Perks

Basic Salary: AED 5,500 – 7,500/month

Commission: 5% to 20% (uncapped — more meetings = more income)
