Role Overview:
We are hiring an energetic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Associate for an on-site, field-oriented role. The ideal candidate enjoys face-to-face interactions and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to universities, corporate offices, events, and markets
• Generate leads and meet potential clients in person
• Present workspace and advisory services
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• 6 months – 1 year experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in field sales and client meetings
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
