Sales Development Representative

About the role:

Are you ready to launch your career in Logistics? Join our team as a Sales Development Representative and get hands-on experience at the heart of supply chain operations! You’ll play a vital role in connecting carriers with opportunities, streamlining onboarding, and driving real impact.

What You Will Do:

• Identify and source potential carrier partners to expand our network.
• Coordinate the onboarding process by collecting and verifying required documents.
• Maintain accurate records of carrier agreements and documentations.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
• Address and resolve the issues quickly and efficiently.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless integration.

What We Are Looking For:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
• A college degree is a plus.
