SALES EXECUTIVE – Telesales (B2B & B2C)

  • Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
  • Compensation: Base Salary $450 + Performance-Based Commission up to $450
  • Total Earning Potential: Up to $900/month

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, persuasive, and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing Pakistan team, ideally based in Islamabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a luxury lifestyle brand, engaging both high-profile individual clients (B2C) and corporate partners (B2B) across international markets, including the UAE.

B2C Sales – Luxury Car Rental

As a B2C Sales Executive, you will:

  • Sell luxury car rental packages to high-net-worth and premium clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound telesales inquiries with professionalism.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend tailored vehicle options.
  • Manage the sales process from first contact to booking confirmation.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • B2B Sales – Corporate Partnerships

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will:

  • Reach out to corporate clients to introduce our services and explore partnerships.
  • Work on assigned leads and proactively generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the core team to close deals on-ground in the UAE.
  • Maintain and update a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Support long-term relationship building with corporate accounts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer relationship roles (luxury or service-based industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage with high-profile and corporate clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST (Arabic is a plus but not mandatory).
