Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should be creative, confident in communication, and have a basic understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation

Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings

Present company services and negotiate deals to close sales

Maintain and update client information and leads

Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve outreach strategies

Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets

Follow up with prospects to convert leads into clients

Prepare basic reports on sales activities and performance

Experience & Qualification

Experience: 1 – 1.5 years in Business Development, Sales, or a related role
