POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB SUMMARY

ROVE is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth by engaging customers, generating leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting ROVE’s products/services, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new leads and follow up on walk-in, online, and referral inquiries
  • Present and promote ROVE’s products/services to potential customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Close sales deals and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in sales promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may apply)
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
