Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
Yasmine Palace is a fine-dining restaurant dedicated to creating exceptional culinary experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator with experience in Qatar and strong knowledge of the food & beverage (F&B) industry to support our marketing initiatives, drive sales growth, and enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Manage social media platforms, online presence, and digital marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity in the F&B sector.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance, sales results, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales and marketing experience in Qatar, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of the F&B industry, including trends, customer expectations, and service standards.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Driving license is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
