Job Summary:
Yasmine Palace is a fine-dining restaurant dedicated to creating exceptional culinary experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator with experience in Qatar and strong knowledge of the food & beverage (F&B) industry to support our marketing initiatives, drive sales growth, and enhance our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Manage social media platforms, online presence, and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity in the F&B sector.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance, sales results, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales and marketing experience in Qatar, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the F&B industry, including trends, customer expectations, and service standards.
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Driving license is a plus.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
