Location: Selaqui, Dehradun, Uttarakhand (On-site)

  • Directly to: Sales & Marketing Head
  • Indirectly to: Managing Director (MD)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Back Office) to support the Sales & Marketing function through effective coordination, documentation, invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and professional communication.

This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate record-keeping, timely invoicing, receivable tracking, and strong coordination with Operations, Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Provide end-to-end back-office support to the Sales & Marketing team
  • Prepare, share, and track sales quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with customers, distributors, and internal teams for order execution
  • Act as a communication bridge between Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts

2. Order Processing, Invoicing & Documentation

  • Sales order entry, monitoring, and coordination
  • Generate sales invoices in coordination with Accounts and Dispatch
  • Coordinate dispatch details and confirm delivery status with customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records, price lists, and product documentation

3. MIS, Payments & Reporting

  • Maintain sales data, order status, and customer information
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  • Follow up on outstanding payments with customers in coordination with Accounts
  • Track receivables, overdue status, and payment closures

4. Customer & Internal Coordination

  • Handle customer queries professionally via email and phone
  • Support exhibitions, promotions, and marketing activities as required
  • Provide backend coordination support to field sales personnel

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written English & Hindi)
  • Good computer knowledge, especially:
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, invoicing, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
  • Professional attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
  • MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Invoicing, or Back-office Operations
  • Experience in manufacturing / medical devices / pharma industry will be an added advantage

LOCATION & WORK MODE

  • Selaqui, Dehradun – On-site role
  • Candidate must be willing to work from office on a full-time basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
