We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Lead Conversion Specialist) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and following up on sales quotations, supporting marketing initiatives, generating qualified leads, and converting them into confirmed sales.

This role requires excellent coordination skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients on sales quotations to ensure timely responses and decisions.
• Send reminders to clients regarding pending quotations and follow-up actions.
• Generate new leads through calls, emails, digital platforms, and professional networking.
• Convert potential leads into successful sales through effective communication and engagement.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Maintain and update daily sales sheets, marketing records, and client interaction logs.
• Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, and digital updates.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to track quotations, leads, and opportunities.
• Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about quotations, products, and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing after sales confirmation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales coordination, marketing support, lead generation, or customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads into successful sales using effective strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• High attention to detail with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or any relevant Engineering field are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales and marketing processes, strategies, and conversion techniques.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media networking, and lead generation tools.
