Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Philipino Preferred)

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our business development and brand growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in coordinating sales processes, managing marketing campaigns, and assisting cross-functional teams to meet revenue and brand engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in preparing proposals.
• Coordinate and track marketing campaigns, social media activities, and digital advertising performance.
• Maintain CRM system, update leads and opportunities, and generate sales reports.
• Assist in organizing events, product launches, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop promotional materials.
• Liaise between the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of client requirements.
• Support the execution of email campaigns, website updates, and social media communications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or related roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tool ( Zoho).
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of brand consistency and customer engagement.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in B2C, technology, or service based industries.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, or content management systems.
• Strong problem solving attitude and proactive communication style.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
