Sales & Marketing Coordinator (with Admin Support)

The role involves supporting the company’s business development, digital marketing, and administrative functions. The key duties include:

  • Lead Management – Organizing and handling online leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, and updating lead status in the system/CRM.
  • Customer Engagement – Coordinating with potential clients, maintaining communication, and tracking conversions.
  • Digital Marketing Support – Managing scheduled weekly social media posts, ensuring brand visibility and consistency.
  • Financial Record-Keeping – Updating and maintaining company expense records for internal tracking and reporting.
  • HR & Administration – Assisting in day-to-day HR tasks (attendance, leave records, basic staff coordination) and administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.

Education & Background

  • Secondary school, diploma, or graduate qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, digital marketing support, or administrative roles. Freshers with strong skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

  • Lead Management: Ability to organize, update, and follow up on leads; familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or even Excel trackers) is an advantage.
  • Marketing Support: Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and basic use of scheduling/analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Finance/Admin: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for expense tracking; exposure to basic bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Tally, or Xero) is a plus.
  • HR/Admin Tasks: Basic record keeping (attendance, leave), filing, and general administrative coordination.

Additional Preferences

  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) for simple social media creatives would be an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to a small or mid-sized company environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
