Telesales Executive

We are a dynamic and innovative digital printing company located in Sharjah, seeking a motivated and dedicated Admin Cum Telesales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills and telesales expertise, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our sales growth.

We are looking for only for filippino Candidates those who has own visa/Husband visa. Work location is Al Nahda, Sharjah

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing information about our services.
• Perform telesales activities, including outbound calls to prospective clients and follow-up calls to existing customers.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or sales is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative or telesales role, preferably within a digital printing or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
