Job Description:We are a dynamic real estate company looking for a Secretary/Admin who can handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to grow within the real estate field. This is a full-time, all-around support role that contributes to smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Valuation & Client Coordination

  • Prepare and follow up on valuation proposals.
  • Coordinate valuation reports and client communications.
  • Maintain organized valuation records.
  • Handle empanelment processes with banks and developers.

Accounting Support

  • Issue invoices, handle petty cash, and follow up on payments.
  • Assist in VAT filing, audits, and basic bookkeeping using accounting software.

Property & Tenant Management

  • Manage property leases, tenant communications, and payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, legal notices, and inspections.
  • Maintain property documents and financial records.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
