Position Summary


We are a contract manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, medical, industrial, and commercial markets. We build high-quality products for customers requiring ISO9001, AS91000, and ISO13485 certifications.

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Development Associate who will help drive company growth by generating new business opportunities and improving our digital presence. The role combines outbound sales development with practical marketing execution, including digital advertising and basic website updates.

This position is focused on generating a sales pipeline through multiple channels creating visibility for the company.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Development (Primary Function)

Identify and research prospective customers in target industries.

Execute daily outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone.

Develop short, clear messaging to engage sourcing managers, commodity managers, supply chain leads, and engineers.

Qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for leadership.

Maintain accurate activity, notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM.

Hand off qualified leads to estimating or management with clear context.

Marketing Execution

Build and manage digital advertising campaigns focused on attracting qualified buyers.

Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting to improve lead quality.

Update and maintain company website pages using WordPress or similar tools.

Add product pages, service descriptions, images, and case studies as needed.

Improve landing pages for clarity, SEO, and conversion performance.

Track website traffic, inbound inquiries, and basic analytics.

Assist with social media activity, especially LinkedIn posting.

Ensure consistent branding across digital content.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication

Comfortable with contacting new prospects through phone and other media.

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads)

Basic website editing experience (WordPress or similar)

Ability to research companies and identify decision makers

Strong organizational skills

Self-motivated and focused on actions and results

Comfortable following structured outreach processes

Ability to speak confidently with professional and technical audiences


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in business-to-business sales or marketing

Familiarity with SEO fundamentals

Basic graphic or design skills (Canva or similar)

Experience working with CRM systems

Exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments
