About the Role

Stellar Process Solutions offers this position as a development opportunity for a motivated Omani graduate who is eager to grow into a technical sales and marketing role.

This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to our projects in Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Mining, Metals, and Industrial Trading sectors. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow within a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide administrative and coordination assistance for sales and marketing activities

·       Assist in preparing formal correspondence, quotations, and proposals

·       Coordinate with technical and commercial teams on project documentation

·       Support client communication and registration processes on corporate platforms

·       Contribute to research, data analysis, and internal reporting tasks

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Procurement Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field

·       Fresh graduate – Omani only

·       Strong written and verbal communication in English

·       Understanding of technical and mechanical concepts in industrial settings

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·       Familiarity with formal email writing and corporate correspondence

·       Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up tasks
