- Lead and execute on-ground marketing activities during exhibitions, trade shows & industrial expos.

- Support sales team in proposal preparation, costing sheets, brochures, datasheets & PPTs.
- Maintain CRM records, inquiry sheet updates, daily/weekly progress reports.
- Assist in digital marketing content – posts, reels creation coordination with design team.
- Documentation management, client call scheduling & tender support.
Office Marketing – 2–4 Years Experience
- Responsible for B2B client acquisition, marketing strategy execution & brand visibility improvement.
- Coordinate with internal design, costing, technical team for proposal & tender documentation.
- Prepare commercial offers, techno‑commercial proposals, capability presentations.
- Handle inbound inquiries, filter serious clients, maintain conversion funnel & closure support.
- Assist senior team in market expansion planning, industry targeting, email automation.
- Exposure to industrial machinery marketing preferred.
Sales & Proposal Engineer – Freshers
- Support in proposal building for dryers, ovens, biochar systems, heating technology solutions.
- Study client requirement, prepare costing, review BOQ & documentation.
- Coordinate with technical team for basic design inputs, layout, PFD, schematic documents.
- Prepare quotation formats, PDF dispatch, commercial follow-ups & CRM management.
Sales & Proposal Engineer – 2–4 Years
- End‑to‑end proposal development, client requirement analysis, technical alignment.
- Prepare techno‑commercial offers, sizing, basic engineering input collection.
- Attend client meetings, internal discussions, BOM understanding, cost structuring.
- Evaluate RFQs, margins, scope deviations, delivery schedule planning.
- Assist in tender submission, vendor negotiation, pricing frameworks.
Team Leader – Exhibition & Corporate Marketing (3–6 Years)
- Lead on-ground exhibition team, planning coordination, stall execution strategy.
- Pre‑exhibition outreach, appointment scheduling, industry visitor targeting plan.
- Daily reporting during event, competitor mapping, enquiry conversion metrics.
- Post‑exhibition follow-up management, proposal trigger coordination with sales team.
- Supervise office marketing, digital campaigns, media communication & branding.
