Sales & Marketing Executive

India

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our I.T. Training & Services and Engineering Products. The candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating leads, managing campaigns, and fostering strong customer relationships across both domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for I.T. training programs, software services, and engineering products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, ads).
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling.
  • Organize seminars, webinars, product demos, and promotional events.
  • Create engaging marketing content, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and support conversions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and distributors.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to market both intangible services (training/IT) and tangible products (engineering items).
  • Creative thinking with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing dynamics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
