Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities to inform strategies.
  • Campaign Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including digital (social media, websites).
  • Lead Generation:Identify and target potential customers to generate leads for the sales team.
  • Sales Activities:Conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, handle inquiries, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Collaboration:Work with other departments (e.g., product development, customer support) to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and sales efforts, making adjustments as needed.
  • Brand Awareness:Create engaging marketing collateral and content, and work with creative agencies to design materials that build brand awareness.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
