Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s range of sweets, savories, and other products to retail outlets, distributors, corporate clients, and restaurants. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring brand visibility and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, institutional, and corporate segments.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Visit potential clients (distributors, retailers, corporate buyers) and present product portfolio.
  • Ensure placement of products in retail stores and manage display visibility.
  • Negotiate orders, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics team for timely order fulfillment.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and sampling campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular MIS reports to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
