Sales & Marketing Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through sales generation, client relationship management, and implementation of marketing strategies. The role demands frequent travel to other cities to meet clients, distributors, and business partners for expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients across different cities.
  • Regularly travel to designated cities for client meetings, market visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and travel reports.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and distributors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner while traveling and meeting external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to other cities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
