Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, lead generation, brand awareness, and strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for promotional materials
• Manage social media, email marketing, and website content updates
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company
• Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (1–3 years preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
