Job Description – Sales Executive (Rooms, Events & F&B)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting incoming leads into confirmed bookings, selling rooms in volume, and quoting events, banquets, and food & beverage services. You will play a key role in growing our business by actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored hospitality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to and convert all room, event, and F&B sales inquiries into confirmed business.

· Prepare and send proposals and quotations for rooms, events, and banquets.

· Actively sell rooms (e.g., group bookings, social media clients, events) through social media ad campaign

· Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to maximize revenue opportunities.

· Coordinate with operations and events teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales in the system.

· Work with CRMs and other soft wares to maintain and track records

Requirements

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or events.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in PMS, MS Office, MS Excel and basic CRM usage.

· A customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
