Sales & Marketing Executive (On-Field)

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and target potential customers in the construction, infrastructure, and fabrication industries.
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through regular field visits.

Marketing:

• Promote steel products (TMT bars, structural steel, coils, sheets, etc.) to end users, contractors, fabricators, and builders.
• Conduct product presentations and share marketing materials to enhance brand visibility.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.

Payment Collection:

• Ensure timely follow-up for payment collections from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to resolve discrepancies or delays in payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
