1. Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into customers.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales pitches.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth delivery of products or services.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
2. Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
- Develop creative marketing content for social media, email, and advertising materials.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
- Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, social media, and online ads.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and brand awareness programs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Maintain the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Suggest new marketing ideas and strategies to improve brand visibility and sales.
