Sales & Marketing Executive

• Conduct clinic visits and outreach to generate new leads and expand the dentist network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive case retention.
• Support clinics with case initiation, including coordinating intraoral scans where required.
• Follow up with dentists for treatment plan approvals and ensure timely case progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Care, Orthodontists, Production, Accounts) for smooth execution.
• Participate in events, expos, and marketing campaigns to generate visibility and leads.
• Provide market feedback to management on competitor activity and regional trends.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to the growth of the region.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and nurture leads effectively.
• Comfortable with travel across the assigned region.
• Basic knowledge of dental/orthodontic products will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the aligner/dental/pharma industry is preferred.
