SNS SHIPPING AGENCY is a Leading Freight Forwarding industry. We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify and approach new clients (importers, exporters, manufacturers, trading houses) for freight-forwarding (air, sea) and logistics services.
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies and business plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare and send quotations, negotiate service rates, terms and contracts with clients, carriers, agents and partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closing → hand-over to operations.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximise retention, upsell services and build long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with operations, documentation, customs clearance, finance and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery, billing and collections.
- Conduct market research: monitor industry trends, competitor activity, freight-rates movements, customer needs, and feed insights into strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline forecasts, client database/CRM, quotations, win/loss analysis and regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with trade-regulations, documentation (Bills of Lading, AWBs, Incoterms), import/export procedures and with the company’s financial & credit policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- years of proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role.
- Age Limit: 19 to 25.
